More Information:
Kind words from a recent client:

“Jo helped me to see certain patterns that I had been repeating through my whole adult life. Without the work that I was able to do with Jo, and the complete trust I had in her, I don’t know where I would be as I had come to a complete dead end and was beside myself with grief and loss but little understanding of why these things kept happening to me. But with the help of therapy, I gained the insight and knowledge I needed that helped me to implement certain changes in my life and behaviours that have totally changed my life in such a positive and miraculous way…” Anon.
