What Type Of Therapy Do You Practise: Counselling, but I am also trained in Hypnotherapy. Reflexology and Massage all of which inform my practice.
I offer a free initial consultation for everybody to decide whether I am the right therapist for them. This is a full 50 minute appointment, which enables you to meet me, see where and experience how I work, explore your needs in some depth and make your own decision how to proceed. When you decide I am the right therapist for you, I would usually recommend weekly sessions for a minimum of 6 weeks, at which point we can reassess where you are at.

How might your therapy have helped them: Often the required outcome for clients’ is to go back to the way things were and felt before, that simply isn’t possible. Grief counselling is about learning to accept life as it is including that loss and a more positive way forward. It is so common for people to struggle more than they need to because they are trying to fight how they are feeling. This process is about accepting and allowing your feelings, processing them and understanding what grief is and how it is impacting you.
