What Type Of Therapy Do You Practise:
I work as an Integrative Therapist offering counselling online. Whether you are struggling with the pandemic, or with anxiety, depression or a specific personal issue, doing so alone can be overwhelming. Often having someone to explore your concerns and feelings with can be deeply valuable and clarifying. I understand that sharing parts of yourself that you usually keep hidden can be daunting, I provide a safe and confidential space in which you can begin to do this.

I specialise in bereavement, loss (of relationship, job, identity etc) and low self-worth.


How Exactly Does Your Therapy Work?:

I use a holistic individualised approach and work at the pace and depth that is appropriate for you. As an Integrative Therapist I weave different branches of psychotherapeutic theories together to meet your needs, these include Psychodynamic, Person-Centred and Transpersonal. I offer creative ways of working such as drawing and bodywork, which can empower you to make connections, enabling positive change to occur.

How Often Might A Client Typically Need To See You:
If you decide to pursue therapeutic work, your sessions will be at the same time each week. We can agree to a fixed series of sessions, or leave it open for longer-term work, according to your needs and preferences.

What Is The Cost Of Your Sessions:
Sessions are £55 and last fifty minutes. I offer an initial consultation at a reduced rate of £40. Here we explore what has brought you to therapy and I can answer any questions you may have. It is through this process that we can find a way forward to support you with your concerns.
