Annie is a certified member of The Association of Reflexologists and is registered with The Federation of Holistic Therapists.  She has been a reflexologist since 2010, working from her garden healing room just outside Hastings. She has a special interest in women trying to maintain a healthy work-life balance with all the demands of family, work (particularly running your own business) and running a home can bring. This is why she pays particular attention to the relaxing and centering nature of reflexology. This can be enhanced by the use of Hot Stones, a further system of reflexology, which she has trained in.  Her training includes Level 3 diploma in reflexology, Sally Earlham Hot Stone Reflexology, Level 3 Spa and massage therapist and Reiki Master trained with Marion Eaton.
