selection of appropriate treatment (ACT, hypnotherapy, behavioural therapy, cognitive therapy, mindfulness, solution focused therapy etc)
treatment from scripts relating to the above
goal setting for inter session work by client
creation of appropriate recording on Whats App if needed
anxiety, sleeplessness, phobias, low mood, lack of control with food, annoying habits or smoking, physical agitation, feeling sick, stress headaches, negative thoughts in their head, years of worry or self loathing
less common: support with finding a voice (feeling unable to talk in stressful situations and withdrawing), anger management issues – shouting, losing control
