Dance Movement Psychotherapy is a verbal and non-verbal form of creative Arts Therapies, using the body as a form of communication/ extension of self-expression. DMP focuses on the person as a whole by using movement-based interventions and verbal reflections.

introducing props and music to initiate movement
creative reflection (sometimes the use of drawing/ art)
