What is Touch for Health?
Touch for Health, created by Dr. John Thie, is a holistic system of detecting and balancing energy imbalances in the body. These imbalances may be preventing a person from achieving their potential.
How Does Touch for Health work?
In Touch for Health we use Kinesiology methods of muscle monitoring to detect stress at any level and use that same bio-feedback mechanism to determine what can alleviate the stress.
